Website Information

Product images, dimensions, specifications, prices, MOQ, lead times, packaging details, and freight information are provided for reference and may change based on final configuration, order quantity, destination, material availability, and production confirmation.

RFQ & Quotation

Submitting an inquiry or cart request does not create a confirmed order. A formal quotation, proforma invoice, sample agreement, or purchase contract is required before production or shipment.

Customization

Custom furniture dimensions, finishes, hardware, edge banding, packing, labeling, and logistics requirements must be reviewed and confirmed in writing. Customers are responsible for checking final drawings, specifications, and order details before approval.

Orders & Payment

Payment terms, production schedule, inspection standards, Incoterms, freight charges, and after-sales scope will be stated in the final quotation or sales contract. Bank charges, customs duties, local taxes, and import compliance are the buyer鈥檚 responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

Website content, product presentation, design systems, text, images, and configuration interfaces belong to TopClass Furniture or licensed providers. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute website materials without written permission.

Limitation

We strive to keep information accurate and service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free website content. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the value of confirmed paid services or products directly related to the claim.
